Ta Prohm temple, Cambodia. This is where Tomb Raider was filmed. The trees are a type of ficus and they cannot be removed because the temple would collapse. Plus, I think the trees add a tremendous amount of beauty

The Killing Fields, Phnom Penh. One of the many places where the Khmer Rouge performed their brutal executions. A depression and somber sight, but worth visiting because it is part of the Cambodian reality.
Skulls of the victims mudered at the hands of the Khmer Rouge. There were hundreds of these at this mass grave, and this is only one of 389 mass graves uncovered in Cambodia. Some had thousands of bodies buried in them...
